With four weeks to Christmas, very cold days and night and the darkness rolling in early, its really easy to fall off the wagon when we want to 'Look and Feel Good for Christmas' but this is this week's focus. Again my exercise and meal plan to perhaps help you get focused, I'm introducing some home made juices again this week.
