FIGHTING FIT..
Thanks to all of you who get in touch and engage - it makes me feel so happy that I may be contributing and inspiring you to be more active, or give your wardrobe a shake up. Comments section at the end of every blog is in development but with a full time job, kids and the rest I have to take everything in stages.
Pretty much every day this week I've been concentrating on different activities in and around Marlow that can inspire you to get active whatever your level of fitness. For me September is the ideal time to get yourself out there, try something new and develop good habits before the dark days role in.
After my morning at Sweaty Betty Live yesterday and my Blok London Session with Caleb Bowen. AMAZING!! Tough, technique, Fast and Hard..
I was asked 'What Boxing classes are available in Marlow or surrounding area?'
So here goes, some I know and I can absolutely recommend others I have not tried but given the timetables....
The Marlow Club, is based in Marlow on Globe Park, they have a vast range of equipment, facilities and classes that can keep you motivated. I have been a member since 2000 when I moved from Manchester and I still do many of the Outside Fitness HiiT sessions. They do offer a limited number of spaces to come and try the Club out each month. Get in touch to register for one of those.
They offer two classes:
Weds 7:00pm BoxFit Hayley General Fitness NOT TRIED
Thursday 7:00am BoxFit Luke Intermediate BLOODY GREAT, HARD CLASS. I love Luke he is a fantastic trainer and he tailors to your abilities. I would highly recommend this.
Based at Handy Cross, the rejuvenated leisure centre offers lots of classes and its a PAYG facility. I have not tried these classes but one of the gym instructors who takes some of the Fight Klubs stood in at The Marlow Club for a couple of sessions of Bootcamp and she was am amazing trainer. If she is still training then Fight Klub will be a good one.

Genesis Gym is a Martial Arts gym based in Marlow, again on Globe Park. They work with everyone from complete beginners to professional fighters. They don't do straight boxing but Kick Boxing which may appeal. FREE 7 DAY GYM PASS Genesis Gym offers a 7 day totally free Gym pass, with use of all facilities and any classes you wish, for you or your child.
