BRINGING SEXY BACK

Preparation is key
It's inherent in all of us to take good care of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté, the skin on our back is no less important especially when sporting the backless trend but being hard to reach it tends to be a neglected area.

You've three aromatherapy blends to choose from:
Happiness is zesty. Sweet Orange, Grapefruit and Lemon with Geranium and Sandalwood. An uplifting aroma, it brightens and clarifies the skin.
Hope is a mixture of sharp, sweet and uplifting essential oils containing Vanilla, Spearmint, Sweet Orange, Petitgrain and Ylang Ylang. Invigorating designed to elevate your spirits and senses.
Energise a revitalising aromatherapy blend using the powerful cleansing and stimulating properties of Juniper, Grapefruit and Lemon balanced with the purifying freshness of Clary Sage, Bay Laurel and Patchouli. Detoxifying, anti-inflammatory and purifying.
Energise blend is unsuitable for use during pregnancy due to the inclusion of Clary Sage essential oil.
The Treatment
Jodie (Marlow Beauty Lounge) started with dry skin brushing to help shed dead skin cells (it also encourages new cell renewal) encouraging blood circulation and lymphatic drainage for smoother brighter skin. Warm pressure point compress ensures you're in relaxation mode and its followed by what I can only describe as the most amazing massage I've had in the UK (only Bali can beat you Jodie but it was outdoors).
Constantly checking on pressure but really working deep into the tight muscles she targets the back, neck and scalp. Quickly identifying where more pressure is needed I skipped the scalp and she concentrated more on the back and neck. Using the Energise aromatherapy blend Jodie worked hard to massage my aches and pains using the blend to reduce any inflammation from using weights in the gym.
You can't underestimate the emotional value of touch and the real effects that it not only has on your body but overall mood and mental health. For me it was such an effective treatment in reducing stress (45 minutes of no chores and no kids) and any aches, pains and imbalances that I had in my back from regular exercise. Toxins released, (drink plenty of water throughout the day) I left revived, relaxed, with glowing skin ready for the party season.

Choosing the right underwear depends not only on the type of backless dress that you're going to wear but take into account the support that you may require.
Self Adhesive Bra

Stick on Adhesive Backless Bra
Sticks directly onto your skin, has moulded cups and underwire construction which provides a flattering lift and shape and will remain invisible.
Stick On Padded Plunge Strapless Bra

Keep everything else simple
